This is when you know that your are broke.....when you walk into the bank with a blank withdrawal form to withdraw money but 1st need to get the balance..teller tells you your balnace is $3.38 and all you can do is withdrawn $2.00...Pray for the increase in your money....Thank you LORD in advance.
